Story #028 – Stephanie Heller

NAME: Stephanie Heller

CULINARY SCHOOL AFFILIATION: Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Scottsdale, AZ

Chef Stephanie Heller

Stephanie Heller was born and raised in New York, however an early mid-life crisis / career change at 30 years old led her to move across the country from New York City to Scottsdale and enroll in Le Cordon Bleu culinary program. She then started an in-home personal chef service called Ripe Personal Chef Services, where she prepared meals and boutique dinner parties for discerning guests. After growing the company to mid-six figures, with 8 chefs and some very high cliental, she relinquished control to start other business ventures.

With a BA in Psychology from Boston University, she has always been obsessed with understanding why people do what they do and what is stopping them from getting what they want. She then used this education and passion as the foundation for her current business as a life coach, where she is an advocate and power partner to her clients.

She teaches brain and thought management tools to her clients so they can accomplish anything. With a 100% return-on-investment, she has a way of zeroing in on people’s excuses and bullshit, and then shows them how they are creating it so they can make a plan together to help create change. She works with both current and future business owners and entrepreneurs to help them make simple decisions and to stop overthinking things so they can experience possibility, add and create revenue, and feel better quickly.

Today she credits becoming a life coach as being instrumental is saving her life, which previously was being yanked around all day by her thoughts and emotions, causing a reaction and rejection of the world because it didn’t fit what she thought she deserved.
